Gravel Construction Products
The source for all of our gravel products is our gravel pit located in North Hartland, Vermont. The gravel deposit consists of glacial tills and littoral sands. The glacial tills were deposited during the retreat of the Laurentide ice sheet at the end of the last ice age. The littoral sands were likely deposited by glacial Lake Hitchcock, also at the end of the last ice age. The gavels are brown grey in color, 100% natural, and consist of a mixture of rounded stones, sand, and silt.
